I have officially moved to Blogger. I feel that that blogging platform is easier and it really suits my needs. Do follow me there. <3
So lately I haven’t been posting any blogs coz I’ve been busy with work. I think I have mentioned on some posts that I now work at home. So now I think my life is a bit boring coz I am stuck into a routine but oh well. Ia adds color to my day so that’s perfect for me.
I’m loving the fact that I can pay all the bills in the house and still have money left for shopping and/or saving! I feel fulfilled.
So here’s what I do:
I tag pics. I allot most of my hours here (6 accumulated hours, i think?) daily so that I can earn $100 per week. I think that is enough for me but I can still earn more if I want to.

I watch a t.v. series on the side so that i would stay on this page and wait for images to get tagged. There is a timer so it is very important to tag images in a very timely manner so that your metrics won’t go down. So that’s a challenge coz I want to browse facebook and twitter too so my solution is to put an extension on my browser so that I will be able to see my favorite sites! That’s why I enjoy working here and I like the pay. :D
Then if the site is full I would go to clixsense and click advertisements to earn a few cents per day. I sometimes do tasks if I’m that bored.
But what I like most is my other job. I design invitations for a friend and I’m loving it! I really like anything that involves me creating something. This one, although it’s just simple layouts, made me feel relaxed and like i stepped into another world where its just me and my imagination. I hope I have the courage to launch a freelance page that’s all about creating designs and other hobbies that I love to do like photography, designing, and photo editing but my fear of rejection and failure is always holding me back so for now this job will do.
Here are some of what I did:

Just simple designs.
Anyway, I have been making plans for next year once I can save enough and buy a lot of items and sell brand new items from my shop. I did make a strategy so that it would have more buyers. Hope it will push through. As for this blog, I have plans for this as well. I hope to earn from blogging but I have no idea what kind of blog this will become but definitely I will post some DIYs because not only do I love making it, my first DIY post got a lot of visitors and likes <3 So will find really nice DIYs and try it. Hoping for the best! *fingers crossed*
Thank you for all those who liked my post!

I got a new breast pump! It’s the one I want from the Babymama contest I posted a few months ago. I didn’t win though, because I took myself out of the running a day before the contest ended. There were some issues that my idealist self cannot take so I just have to take myself out before I do/say something stupid. So when Mi’Ann contacted me, 3 weeks after the contest ended, if I can give her my address I was somewhat reluctant to reply. But I did coz at that time I thought I’m gonna need it for work. So two days after, I got the Unimom Allegro. I was very excited when it arrived that I wasn’t able to take some photos. Yes I’m that shallow. Most people my age would be excited getting the latest gadgets but for me its getting a new breast pump. LOL Anyway back to the story: So, I cleaned the pump and its parts and used it right away.
Well what can I say? The pump is definitely better than my old one. It doesn’t hurt, my nipples are not sore after I express milk, and its like how my baby nurses. Like it will suck for about five times and then stops and then sucks again. Not the continuous sucking of some pumps that lets you know that a machine is doing it not your little nursling (even though it is a machine, lol). It expresses a lot of milk too. I thought my normal milk output was low but it was just a problem with my pump. Best of all? Its portable! I can take it anywhere with me because its battery operated and it doesn’t weigh that much too. Too bad I don’t use it as much as I want to now because I stay at home and nurse directly. I only use it when I am engorged and my baby won’t nurse. I am just glad that all the milk I express gets donated coz it would be a waste if we just threw away the milk like before.
We celebrated Ia’s birthday last week which is a day before she actually turned one. We just held it on our semi-furnished apartment because we don’t have a lof of guest coz most of the people we know are back in Bacolod. I was a bit sad because my closest friends weren’t there and the guest were practically strangers to me. I’m just happy that Ia enjoyed her party with our neighbors. Only a few came because some have other engagements which means we had a lot of leftovers from the party. Good thing yaya knows a lot of people around her so we gave away the food that wouldn’t fit our fridge.
So here’s my photo story of Ia’s party.
First the set-up and the food.

We rented tables and chairs from D’Events, bought serving platters from Daiso, and bought a white textile from a local textile store here at SM for the backdrop and then made those pink and orange circles.

Ia’s birthday cake, cakepops, and cupcakes made by my friends who own Flibby’s a cupcake store back home. I actually went home to Bacolod just for the day to get these yummy, beautiful treats.

and these cute Lorax and Barbaloots cookies are from Flibby’s as well.

Our food, mini sandwiches, pizza from Da Vinci’s, Baked Ziti with white sauce, and garlic bread from Sbarro.

The next set of photos are from the actual party:

My little one wearing a pettitskirt made by a fellow online seller.

and that’s that.
A week before Ia’s birthday party, I got pretty busy preparing the place and the designs. I personalized it all coz I love doing arts and crafts. It keeps me happy so even if the designs were a bit unnecessary and added up to the expense of Ia’s birthday I still go through with it. Mark was a bit supportive though there were times that he questions the items that I bought. teehee
So here are the items that I did.

I made truffula trees from feather boas and balloon sticks.

then made this from extra papers I’ve had
The next photos are from websites that I forgot to bookmark. I simply got the designs or photos and personalized them a bit. So if you are the one who made these please email me so that I can link you. :]

I made a coloring book as a party favor

cupcake toppers and food picks.

made these party hats and treat bags and the napkin wraps.
The food for the party that I made: FRUIT KABOBS! Its so easy! Plus its healthy.
